A Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) is a wireless communication services provider that does not own its network infrastructure, but enter into a business relationship with a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) and get the right to use its network at wholesale prices, and re-sells the minutes to its own customers at reduced rates under its own business brand.
